Mara Leisure Camp - Location and Description
Mara Leisure camp is located along Talek
River and is the most spectacular locations in the entire Mara
Ecosystem. Located 20 km from Sekenani gate, Mara Leisure is a
short drive from the Mara river where up to one-and-a-half
million wildebeest and zebra make their perilous migration
crossing every July and August.
Mara leisure safari lodge offers, a unique
game viewing adventure, including three daily game drives with
our experienced Local Masai guides, educational outings and
visits to several community development projects within the
Talek area.
Accommodation in Mara Leisure Camp
The facilities include 1 exclusive honeymoon
tent, 8 spacious ‘jumbo' tents, 17 standard ‘nyati' tents and 3
family ‘jamii' cottages. With these, all social groups are
adequately catered for.
Activities at the Mara Leisure Camp
Game drive in Masai Mara reserve: two
game viewing drives in open-topped 4WD per day.The Camp also
organizes fly in packages from Nairobi and Mombasa.
Guest lectures: Our naturalist is
available to give our guest free lectures and slide
presentations on the Masai Mara.
Guided Bush /Nature Walk
Bush Dinners /Breakfast: This can be
done for a minimum number of six guest. This is done at
extra cost.

Cultural Visits: For those who want to
know more about the Masai Culture they can visit their
