Location of Sentrim Amboseli Safari Camp
Sentrim Amboseli, is located on the border
of Amboseli National Park right next to Kimana gate. The
entirely new 60 luxurious and comfortable deluxe tents are
evenly spread out with fantastic views of Mt. Kilimanjaro. The
main guest area consists of the reception, lounge area,
restaurant, bar lounge and gift shop. Access to Sentrim
Amboseli Lodge
The main road into the park from Nairobi is
via Namanga (240km) on the Nairobi-Arusha road, through
Meshanani gate. The other road is via Emali (228km) on the
Nairobi-Mombasa road. Access from Mombasa is mainly through
Tsavo West via Kimana gate. It takes approximately 4 hours by
road to Sentrim Amboseli from Nairobi and minutes by air. The
camp is 15 km from the airstrip.
Climate
Generally hot and dry fanned by a cool breeze. Long rains are
anticipated from mid April to May and the short rains from
November to early December. Minimum temperature of 28° and
maximum of 33° Celsius. Accommodation Sentrim Amboseli Safari

This luxurious tented lodge offers 60 modern
tents with a private view of Mt. Kilimanjaro. The spacious tents
boast the very latest in luxury camping with soft beds, an
ensuite bathroom with a steaming hot shower. The bathroom also
offers a washbasin and flush toilets. In the tent, we provide a
coffee and tea making facility, fridge, fan, hair drier and
